1. Permitted Use
The platform is used for B2B lead generation and qualification. Spam, scraping of third-party systems without permission, bypassing security measures, and use for illegal purposes are prohibited.
2. Data Quality and Responsibility
Lead data can come from public sources and is enriched by AI models. Results are not guaranteed to be error-free. Users must check content before use and are responsible for the final selection (e.g., outreach-ready exports).
3. Communication with Leads
All legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, local anti-spam rules) must be observed when making contact. Opt-out and privacy notices must be integrated correctly.
4. Agents and Automation
Automated agents can perform research and data enrichment in the background. Users can pause or cancel tasks. In the event of repeated failures, a lead can be marked as low quality.
5. Security and Access
Access data must be kept safe. Sharing accounts or tokens is prohibited. Suspected cases or data breaches must be reported immediately.
6. Content and Rights
Users retain rights to their data. We receive the necessary rights of use to provide, process, and improve the platform. Data is handled in accordance with the privacy policy.
